How we review SaaS software
SaaS Software Review covers the tools a B2B SaaS company runs on, from the CRM to the platforms that track how AI assistants recommend software, and the metrics founders and investors use to judge the business. Every review says what was compared, on which criteria, and on which date prices were checked.

What we look at
- The published price, checked on the vendor's own pricing page, with the date of the check, and the price per seat when the tool charges per user.
- What the free plan really includes, and which features sit behind a sales call.
- How the tool fits a SaaS team of the size described: founders, a first sales hire, a growing revenue team.
- Integrations with the rest of the stack, data model, API and automation.
- Data hosting and support languages when they matter for European companies.
What we do not do
- We do not publish star ratings, invented scores or user reviews.
- We do not claim hands-on tests that were not run. Compared means compared on public information and vendor documentation.
- No vendor mentioned on this site paid to appear or to be ranked.
